Several packages and load lots of bred heifers and bred cows on the Annual Christmas Classic Cow Sale. Bulk of the heifers were AI'd to leading trait leaders in the Angus breed. Bull bred cows and heifers sired also by leading genetics from area Nebraska Angus breeders. Few, cows were bred to Red Angus and Hereford bulls. Demand was very good throughout the day from a large crowd on the seats and a very active internet buying. Some complete dispersions from area cattlemen to start the day off. Auction moved to bred heifers and then young cows with the day closing out on packages of older cows. January 10,2025 will be a Special calf and feeder auction.
