Compared to last week, steers and heifers traded sharply higher on the special day after Thanksgiving sale. Demand was very good with several local buyers,out of state and internet buyers. Sale comprised of yearlings, weaned and bawling spring calves. Some of the light calves are heading to yearling operators and to the wheat fields in the Southern Plains. Next Auction Date Dec 6th Bred Cow and Heifer Auction, Dec 13th Special Spring Calf & Feeder Auction
