Compared to last week: 400-450 lbs. steers steady, 500-600 lbs. steers steady to 5.00 lower, 600-650 lbs. steers 5 higher. The heifers at 400-450 lbs. steady, heifers 450-500 lbs. 10.00 higher, 500-600 lbs. heifers steady to 4.00 higher. Not enough yearlings for a test the few yearling heifers were top quality and carrying flesh. The lightweight cattle sold with drastic ups and downs. Plenty of buyers on the seats created a very active market. Improved demand for heifers this week. The quality of cattle was improved from last week moving the market higher. Next week is another feeder special November 14.
