Compared to last week feeder steers 650 to 750 lbs. were 2.00 to 3.00 lower. Feeder heifers traded mixed with 550 to 600 lbs. 7.00 higher and 600 to 650 lbs. 13.00 lower. Other weights did not have the numbers for a comparison this week. Many nice strings of feeders in the offering this week with a few load lots. Most calves are coming to market weaned and shots. A few strings of calves right off the cow and prices were lower for these feeder. More feeders are carrying a lot of tag this week compared to previous offerings. This did not seem to hurt the prices paid by buyers. Very good demand for all classes of feeders today. The few bunches of heavier weight feeders brought much lower prices this week. Most feeders were in light to moderate plus flesh conditions this week.
