Receipts were lower this week due to the extreme cold conditions and many sellers canceled bringing calves to the sale today. Compared to last week feeder steers 650 to 700 lbs. were 9.00 lower and 700 to 750 lbs. were 4.00 lower. Steers 750 to 850 lbs. were 4.00 higher. Heifers not well tested for a comparison this week. A few loads of calves in todays offering. Buyer demand was good today for the limited number of feeders. Expecting a larger number of feeders next week as the weather is supposed to warm up.
