Compared to last week feeder steers 500 to 550 lbs. were 11.00 higher, 550 to 600 lbs. were 7.00 higher and 650 to 700 lbs. were 7.00 higher. Feeder heifers 450 to 500 lbs. were steady, 500 to 550 lbs. were 9.00 higher and and 550 to 600 lbs. were steady compared to last week. Some very good strings and load lots of calves in todays offering. New buyers at ringside today and bidding was aggressive for todays offering. Most spring calves are not weaned and right off the cow. Buyers still want calves with at least two rounds of shots. Most calves were in light to moderate flesh condition.
