Compared to last week feeder steers 500 to 550 lbs. were 10.00 higher; 550 to 700 lbs. were steady to 2.00 higher and 700 to 750 lbs. were 3.00 lower. Feeder heifers 500 to 600 lbs. were 5.00 to 6.00 higher. Other weights not well tested for a comparison this week. Very few yearlings in todays offering. Most spring calves are right off the cow. Buyers still looking for calves with shots. Flesh condition was light to moderate. Buyers showed most interest in lighter weight steers and heifers. Kist Livestock will be holding two sales a week for November and December. Sales will be on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
