Compared to last week feeder steers traded mixed with feeders below 650 lbs. 8.00 to 12.00 lower and above 650 lbs. 4.00 to 6.00 lower except 700 to 750 lbs. were 3.00 higher. Feeder heifers below 600 lbs. were steady to 5.00 higher and feeder heifers above 600 lbs. were 4.00 to 6.00 lower. Demand still good with new farm buyers each week. Today's offering consisted of smaller lots and several load lots of steers and heifers. Feeders carrying more tag the past few weeks but does seem to affect prices. Very few replacement heifers in the offering. This should change in February.
