Compared to last week, breaking type slaughter cows were 1.00 to 2.00 higher, while boning type slaughter cows were steady to 1.00 lower and slaughter bulls were 5.00 to 6.00 lower. Feeder steers were unevenly steady on a light test; heifers were 1.00 to 6.00 lower; and feeder bulls were mostly 4.00 to 5.00 lower on a very light test. Demand, market activity, and buyer interest were moderate. Offerings of cattle were fairly heavy. Cattle quality was plain to average. Baby calves ranged 35.00 to 55.00 per head; "by the head" calves were 160.00.
