Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last week, breaking type slaughter cows were steady to 1.00 lower, while boning type were 1.00 to 2.00 higher; slaughter bulls were 5.00 to 6.00 lower on a very light test. There were too few feeder cattle to establish an adequate market comparison. Demand was light; market activity and buyer interest were moderate. Offerings of cattle were light due to inclement winter weather. Cattle quality was average.
