Compared to last week, boning type slaughter cows were 3.00 to 4.00 higher, while breaking type slaughter cows were steady to 1.00 lower and slaughter bulls were 1.00 to 2.00 lower. Feeder bulls and four- and five-weight feeder steers were mostly 5.00 to 7.00 lower, while six-weight feeder steers were 2.00 to 3.00 higher; feeder heifers were mostly steady to 2.00 higher. Demand was moderate to good for select classes; market activity and buyer interest were moderate to active. Offerings of cattle were fairly light. Cattle quality was average.
