Compared to last week, slaughter cows were unevenly steady, while bulls were 1.00 to 2.00 higher on a fairly light test. Feeder steers were sharply lower; heifers mostly 4.00 to 14.00 lower; and bulls were mostly 9.00 to 10.00 lower. Demand was light; market activity and buyer interest were slow. Offerings of cattle were fairly heavy. Cattle quality was average.
