Compared to last week, slaughter cows were mostly 1.00 to 2.00 higher and bulls were sharply higher on a very light test. Feeder steers and bulls were sharply higher on a fairly light test; and heifers were mostly 3.00 to 7.00 higher. Demand was good; market activity and buyer interest were moderate. Offerings of cattle were fairly light due to continued wet weather. Cattle quality was average.
