Compared to last week, breaking type slaughter cows were steady to 1.00 higher, while boning type slaughter cows were 3.00 to 4.00 lower; there were too few comparable slaughter bulls to establish an adequate market comparison. Feeder steers and bulls were mostly 1.00 to 5.00 higher, while heifers were mostly 2.00 to 4.00 lower. Demand was moderate to good; market activity and buyer interest were moderate to active. Offerings of cattle were heavy. Cattle quality was mostly average.
