Compared to last week, boning type slaughter cows were 2.00 to 3.00 lower, while slaughter bulls were 2.00 to 3.00 higher; there were too few breaking type slaughter cows to establish an adequate market comparison. Feeder steers were mostly 5.00 to 6.00 higher with some 12.00 to 13.00 higher; feeder heifers were sharply higher; and feeder bulls were mostly 16.00 to 17.00 higher. Demand was good; market activity and buyer interest were active. Offerings of cattle were mostly moderate. Cattle quality was average. Baby calves ranged

25.00 to 95.00 per head; "by the head" calves (65 head) were 100.00 to 205.00.
