Good day, as compared to last weeks market, feeder calves were steady steers and heifers, and slaughter cows and bulls were steady as well. Sold some groups of weaned steers and heifers mostly black hides a few reds. Steers avrg. wt. 582 lbs @ $1.5475, 646 lbs @ $1.4450, 505 lbs @ $ 1.63, 531@ $1.60, 414 lbs @ $ 1.7850. Heifers 520 lbs @ $ 1.4250, 441 lbs @ $ 1.4450, 540 lbs @ $ 1.40. It pays to wean your calves.
