Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last week, steer and heifer calves sold with a firm to higher undertone with a large consignment of fancy, weaned calves providing some eye popping figures. Feeder Cattle futures have been on a tear this week with large gains for each contract month everyday through Wednesday. Demand was very good for a light supply. Slaughter cows sold steady to 3.00 higher.
