More yearlings were in the offering this week than the last several so comparable sales were light on the cattle over 600 lbs, but a higher undertone was noted on the yearling heifers in particular with some loads and several nice packages of those on offer. Demand was good for a moderate supply that included several quality weaned fall-born calves as well. Slaughter cows sold 1.00-3.00 lower.
