As filed

Compared to last week, steers sold mostly steady except for a large consignment of thin fleshed yearlings weighing 450-600 lbs that sold 5.00 higher. Heifers sold steady to 5.00 lower. Trade was active and demand was good to very good for steers and moderate for heifers despite the futures market struggling this week. Supply was moderate to heavy on a hot August day. Slaughter cows and bulls sold steady.
