Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold mostly steady with spots 2.00-5.00 lower. After a dismal week since the last sale, the cattle market found some life on Wednesday with sharp gains on the board. Demand was good for a moderate to heavy supply that saw a wide range in quality. Slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 lower.
