Compared to last week, Today's market was 5.00 to 15.00 higher on the more attractive calves. Supply was light to moderate with lighter weight Steer and Heifer calves making up the majority of the offering today, with many being weaned and vaccinated in the overall run. There was a light test on the yearling side. Bidding and demand was very active and very good as the feeder future markets trended upward most of the week. Slaughter cows and bulls traded mostly 1.00 to 3.00 higher.
