Compared to the last tested feeder auction four weeks ago, steers and heifer sold with a sharply higher undertone. Slaughter cows 1.00 to 2.00 higher. The local cash feeder market is off to a strong start this year even as all futures contracts showed triple digit loses and corn and bean contracts traded sharply higher. Supply moderate, demand good.
