Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to the sale two weeks ago, heavy steer cattle traded fully 5.00 to 10.00 higher. Heifers not truly tested, one load of 585 lb heifers sold 2.00 higher. Demand was very good on a light supply as many cattlemen have turned their attention to the hay field and good pasture conditions can hold stock a while longer.
