*CLOSE* Wednesday was customer appreciation day at the St. Joe Stockyards with a very nice offering top quality yearling feeders and calves in the mix. There was not a good comparison on feeders as it has been over a month since the last reported auction with comparable sales, the market had a weak to lower undertone as there has been many challenging market conditions over the last several weeks in the cattle market. CME cattle futures on Wednesday had a big follow through after Tuesday's rally with sharp triple-digit gains giving some optimism to the market. Demand was moderate to good for a nice offering of yearlings and calves as buyers were active to procure feeders.
