*CLOSE* Compared to last week, feeder steers weighing 450-500 lbs sold steady, with 500-650 lb steers selling 2.00-5.00 higher, 650-800 lbs sold steady to firm and 800-850 lbs trading steady to 3.00 lower with several consignments carrying more flesh than last week. Feeder heifers weighing 400-750 lbs sold firm to 5.00 higher with spots 7.00 higher on the 400-550 lb heifers. Demand was good with supply moderate to heavy. A very active market on steer calves weighing 500-650 lbs and heifers weighing 400-650 lbs going to grass and many selling with good weighing conditions.
