There was a large crowd in town tonight for the monthly replacement cattle special at the SLMC. A high quality offering of breeding age bulls pulled in many buyers, as well as multiple large groups of bred cows and a few quality pairs. Demand was very good this month for the lighter supply of replacements in town after much awaited rains fell in the area throughout the month and greatly improved fall grazing conditions.
