Compared to last week, steers under 700lbs sold mostly 3.00 to 10.00 higher with spots up to 18.00 higher, and steers over 700lbs sold with a weak undertone. Heifers under 650lbs sold mostly steady to 5.00 higher with spots up to 15.00 higher on 5 weight heifers, and heifers over 650lbs had little to compare to. Supply was heavy and demand was very good with many buyers in town eager to fill orders and gather groups of good quality weaned calves and yearlings for the upcoming grazing season.
