No sale last week due to the Independence Day holiday, compared to two weeks ago, steers under 650 lbs and heifers under 600 lbs mostly steady, spots 3.00 higher, steers over 650 lbs 2.00 to 5.00 higher, heifers over 600 lbs steady. Demand moderate to good, supply moderate. Summer time temperatures starting to heat up with ninety plus degree days for the extended forecast. Starting to see some discount on calves that have not shed off, as they are higher risk to the heat and humidity.
