Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last Monday, slaughter cows sold 3.00-4.00 lower and slaughter bulls sold 3.00-5.00 lower. A high percent of the offering went to slaughter. There was a light to moderate supply of bred cows and a very light supply of cow/calf pairs following the replacement cow special this past Saturday evening. Supply was heavy and demand moderate for slaughter classes.
