Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last Monday, the bulk of slaughter cows sold 2.00-3.00 higher with some high dressing breaking slaughter cows 4.00-8.00 higher. Slaughter bulls sold steady to 1.00 higher. A high percent of the offering went to slaughter. The supply of bred cows was moderate to light and cow/calf pairs were scarce. Supply was heavy and demand very good for slaughter classes.
