Compared to the last feeder cattle sale two weeks ago, steers sold unevenly, from 5.00 higher on 400-600lb steers, to 8.00 lower on heavier weights. Heifers sold mostly 3.00 to 10.00 lower. The feeder cattle futures board took a sharp dip early in the day and some buyers stayed conservative, but the board mostly recovered the by the end of the sale. Demand was good on a moderate supply.
