Coordinated were graded and sorted into uniform lots according to projected calving dates and body type similarity. Demand was higher than our May sale with a good attendance of cattle producers. Supply consisted of 37 bred heifers from 6 producers, in 26 lots selling to 14 different buyers, with a sale average of $4,441.00 per head, which was $954.00 higher than the sale in May. The highest heifer sold was a Register Hereford for $5,700.00.
