Compared to last week, lightly tested feeder steers and heifers were steady to 6.00 higher. Steer and Heifer calves were 6.00-12.00 higher. Demand was good on a moderate supply. The largest draft of the day was 87 head of 523 lb. steers that sold for 457.00/cwt. The Feeder Cattle Futures were up the limit on Monday and stayed on the positive side on Tuesday. Temperatures have been swinging about as drastically as the futures market with the first freeze of the season early week and upper 70's forecasted for late week.
