Compared to last week's very light run, feeder steers and heifers over 700 lbs. were steady to 5.00 higher. Steer and heifer calves under 700 lbs. were 10.00-20.00 higher. Demand was very good on grazing type calves, especially those weaned over 60 days with two or more rounds of shots. The supply was moderate with the quality of the offering above average. The largest draft of the day was 40 head of 785 lb. steers which brought 246.50/cwt.
