Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers traded unevenly steady from 3.00 lower to 3.00 higher with the exception of 7 weights which were 3.00-6.00 higher. Demand was good on a moderate to heavy supply. There were several pot-load packages of 7 and 8 weight summer yearlings in the offering. Receipts where higher than expected as producers brought calves to town prior to the arrival of the triple digit temperatures forecast for later in the week.
