Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last week, slaughter cows and bulls were steady to weak. Demand was light on slaughter animals and very good on bred cows and pairs. The supply was light due to the excessive heat warnings across the region. Top bred cows sold for 3350.00/head. The top pairs were 2-4-year-old black hided cows in the first stage, with 200 lb. calves by their side, which brought 4050.00/pair.
