As filed

Compared to last week, slaughter cows sold 4.00-6.00 lower and slaughter bulls sold 2.00-3.00 lower. Demand was good on replacement cattle and moderate on slaughter animals. The supply was moderate with replacements outnumbering slaughter animals. A large crowd was ringside looking to purchase bred cows and pairs as pastures have improved with the recent rains and there is plenty of hay in storage. Cutter Cutout Values closed Wednesday at 280.05 which was 5.18 lower than a week ago.
