We continue to see record prices for slaughter animals with the top cow bringing 158.50/cwt. and the top bull bringing 190.00/cwt. Replacement cattle are also in demand with the top bred cows bringing 2350.00/head and the top pairs bringing 3000.00 per pair. Spring rains have helped pasture conditons and in between rains many are cutting and baling hay.
