A large crowd was on hand for this month's Special Cow Sale. A smaller offering this month but very high quality from start to finish, mostly heifer pairs and some young P2 cows, most of western origin. Some recent market uncertainty did little to dampen the enthusiasm for the replacement sector with the heifer pair top set at a whopping $5,000/pair for a set of local reputation pairs. Supply light, demand good to very good.
