A near capacity crowd was on hand for this month's Special Cow Sale at New Cambria Livestock. As a whole, the offering this month was really high quality with several herd reductions or dispersals on hand along with a couple consignments of bred heifers that generated some active bidding. The total receipts included about 350 slaughter cows. Supply heavy, demand moderate to good.
