A large crowd was on hand for this Special Bred Cow Sale. This month's lineup featured a handful of consignments of top quality young cows plus a few strings of bred heifers and some running age cows. Only a few pairs were on hand, mostly short-solid mouth cows with fresh babies on the ground. Three and four year old cows generated some prices that couldn't be called up in recent memory, proving there's still a lot of optimism in the cow business even as "complete dispersal" is a commonly heard phrase these days. Supply moderate, demand good.
