As filed

Compared to the last sale two weeks ago, steers and heifers sold 5.00 to 12.00 higher. Slaughter cows 3.00 to 5.00 higher. This week's offering included a nice variety of yearlings load lots as well as smaller groups of grazing type cattle in attractive condition. Prices quickly trended higher at the start but the market really continued to climb throughout the day with several tops reached late in the sale, including a small group of 3 wts topping the 5.00/cwt mark for the first time. Supply moderate, demand very good.
