Compared to last week's light test, steers sold 7.00 to 10.00 higher and heifers 2.00 to 6.00 higher. Slaughter cows steady. A couple short loads of backgrounded steers led the way for a pretty salty market this week. Buyers were eager to own some stock as the future currently looks brighter for the beef sector. Supply moderate, demand good to very good.
