Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold steady to 5.00 higher with the most advance on steers weighing 700-800 lbs. Slaughter cows steady to 2.00 higher. Quality and condition ran pretty uneven throughout the day and for the most part less attractive than last week but greatly improved weather conditions for the next ten days as well as some positive movement in cattle futures helped the market. Supply and demand moderate.
