Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold mostly 5.00 to 8.00 lower. Slaughter cows steady. The cash feeder market is following CME futures with some swift downward action this week. The steepest losses were evident on steer cattle under 550 lbs after last Thursday's sharp upswing. Supply and demand moderate.
