Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold steady to 5.00 higher except for a nice offering of heifers weighing 550-600 lbs that sold 15.00-20.00 higher. Demand was good for a light to moderate supply. The big rain last weekend likely kept several consignments at home but a bigger run is expected next week. Slaughter cows and bulls sold steady to 3.00 lower.
