Compared to the last sale two weeks ago, steers saw gains of 15.00 to 35.00 higher, and heifers were mostly 10.00 to 30.00 higher. Significant upward trends in the feeder futures board over the past week and a large offering of high quality weaned and vaccinated calves and yearlings led to very good demand and an active market. Slaughter cows were 3.00 to 10.00 higher and slaughter bulls sold 2.00 to 6.00 higher. Supply was moderate to heavy.
