Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last week, steers sold 20.00 to 40.00 lower and heifers were 15.00 to 30.00 lower. Slaughter cows and bulls sold mostly steady to 3.00 higher. Some major drops in the feeder cattle futures board over the past week was the major contributor to the lower trade today. Demand was light on a light supply.
