Compared to last week, steers sold mostly 2.00 to 6.00 higher with spots up to 12.00 higher. Heifers sold mostly 5.00 to 12.00 higher. Demand was moderate on a moderate to light supply of feeder cattle this week. Slaughter cows and bulls were steady to 4.00 higher. A good run of replacement cattle were on offer this evening that included some fancy sets of open heifers ready to breed, bred cows, and pairs that all created very good demand.
