Compared to last special two weeks ago, steer and heifer calves on a very light offering were not well tested but sold with a lower undertone, the best test was on two pot loads of 717 and 729 lb heifers off the same consignment as two weeks ago weighing near the same traded mostly 20.00 lower, with two pot loads of 667 and 685 lb heifers selling with a lower undertone on a very limited comparison. Demand was moderate to good on the pot loads of heifers with one pot load (86 hd) of fancy blk heifers weighing 609 lbs selling at 362.10. The two pot loads of 717 and 729 lbs sold at 329.50 and 333.00. Slaughter cows traded steady with last week.
